Shipping Policy
At Fooster, we know that when you order fuel, hydration, or gear, you're probably getting ready for your next workout, race, or adventure. Our goal is to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible while making the shipping process simple and transparent.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
SHIPPING TIMES
After your order leaves our warehouse, most shipments within the continental United States arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. While we'll always help investigate delayed shipments, Fooster cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
SHIPPING RATES
We currently offer:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $54 within the continental United States.
- Shipping charges for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
As a small business, we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible and charge only what it costs us to get your fuel and gear safely to your doorstep.
WHERE WE SHIP
At this time, Fooster ships within the continental United States.
International shipping is not currently available, but it's something we're actively working toward. We hope to serve athletes around the world in the near future.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We work quickly to fulfill orders, so if you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thefooster.com.
While we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If your shipment has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@thefooster.com and we'll gladly help investigate with the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Fooster cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Fooster is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thefooster.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
