WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened/unused products.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?
Most orders come from McKinney, Texas, and generally take us 2-3 days to process and ship them, and a couple more to arrive (within the continental USA).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet, but it is in our roadmap for the near future.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $98 within the continental U.S. For smaller orders, we do charge a shipping fee—it's simply the real cost of getting your fuel and gear to you. As a small business, we truly appreciate your understanding and support!
