Sophia Jones

Meet Sophia Jones, RDN, LD. She is a sports dietitian specializing in endurance athletes, including trail and mountain runners. She works with runners navigating high training loads, disordered eating, and REDs, helping them fuel enough to train hard, recover well, and stay healthy long-term. Sophia practices from a weight-neutral, performance-focused approach centered on improving nutrition without restriction or diet culture getting in the way. She is an avid runner herself who has been chasing lots of high vert, high altitude races the past couple of years (mostly because she has yet to fulfill her lifelong dream of actually living in the mountains—sigh, someday!). 
Sophia is married to a lumberjack entrepreneur and has two high energy kids she is constantly chasing. Her top bucket list item is to run the Tour du Mont Blanc and enjoy all the delicious food along the way.
