BonkBreaker Energy Chews

Great for running. The small size form makes it super easy to carry around in your pocket or your belt. It is on the sweet side compared to other gels in the market, but it tastes delicious. A sip of water and you're good to go.

I love the content of this product -100gms of carbs and 100mg of sodium in only two scoops and 16oz of water. I tried in on my long run and it worked well. The taste is new to me and a bit stronger than I anticipated so that might require some getting used to.
